After having obtained a Masters degree in International Tourism Development from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne, Guillaume Jalliffier worked in a number of hotel and restaurant operational and support roles (F&B Manager and Yield Manager) in France and abroad, both for family-run and international establishments. Guillaume joined Transaxio Hôtel in 2013 as a hotel transactions advisor, and since early 2015 has been heading up a team of advisors in the newly-formed Transactions department.
