ASSIGNMENT CONTEXT AND OBJECTIVES
Poste Immo was examining the possibility of reconverting the Versailles post office into a hotel, and wished to mandate an experienced firm to:
- Confirm the need for a hotel in the area, eventual commercial positioning and product offer (capacity / services)
- Define the specifications for hotel investors / operators in order to launch a tender process and prepare the relevant documents
- Assist in the search for a hotel operator during the tender process and advise on the operator selection with regard to profitability, image, risk criteria, etc.

- Market, concept definition and feasibility study
- Assistance in defining the specifications:
- Drafting the specifications and consultation regulations
- Preparing a teaser and Memorandum of Information for hotel operators / investors
- Project management assistance with respect to the contact with investors / operators and monitoring up until the signature of the hotel partnership agreement:
- Analysis of applications and preselection of 3 to 5 candidates
- Implementation of the consultation procedure
- Analysis of proposals and assistance in selecting the winner
- Advice on finalising contractual agreements
