ASSIGNMENT CONTEXT AND OBJECTIVES
 

The management team of the Amnéville Thermal Baths association wanted to undertake a full audit to rectify the situation created by the succession of managers, that had not been properly evaluated. Consequently, the association decided to analyse the procedures in place to pinpoint areas of risk. The assignment covered four main fields: communication, organisation, marketing and finance.

  • Provision of a communication plan for the period of assistance (presentation of the study to the site’s employees and social partners, preparation of the minutes of meetings, distribution plan and scorecards)
  • Study of the organisation in place (document collection, interviews, analysis of circuits and IT systems, analysis of decision-making and investment cycles, quality procedures and the HR function, audit of procedures)
  • Commercial study (document collection, SWOT analysis, study of the commercial organisation and commercial performances, brief market study benchmark, identification of best practice)
  • Financial and management study (analysis of financial statements, procedures in place, cash flow management, IT systems, performances)
